If your blade is no longer suitable for sharpening, we’ll return it without charge for service. Additionally, we offer trade-ins for parts from bad blades.

If a blade has been damaged by poor sharpening, we’ll assess its condition and may be able to help.

We believe in delivering the highest quality service, and our sharpening process requires dedicated time to ensure your blades are returned in optimal condition. Our commitment to precision and excellence means that your blades receive thorough attention and care at our shop. Additionally, it’s important to have our equipment placed on a level surface during the sharpening process to achieve the best possible results.

For larger orders, we may require additional time to ensure quality. If needed, we’ll work to complete your order as quickly as possible, and deliver the day after completion, ensuring you don’t have to wait for the next delivery day.

We can currently accommodate up to 10 stops a day. If you’re busy when we arrive, we’ll understand and wait.

Our travel days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. If we pick up your items on Tuesday, you’ll receive them back on Saturday. For Thursday pickups, expect return on Tuesday. Similarly, if you opt for Saturday pickup, you’ll get them back on Tuesday.

We don’t commit to specific times. You choose the day for our visit and provide your store hours. We’ll plan the most efficient route and notify you with a call or text about 30 minutes before arrival. If more notice is needed, just let us know.

Given Broward County traffic, delays may occur. If we can’t reach you before your shop closes, you can choose to reschedule, meet us elsewhere, or wait for us.

Payment is collected when we drop off your serviced items.

We accept CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, cash, standard Visa, and Mastercard. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks.

Pickup and delivery services are limited to Broward County. If you’re outside the county, you can use our mail-in service or drop off items at our home shop between 8am and 6pm, Monday through Saturday.
