At Pawfect Edge, we aim to provide the best products and services to our valued customers. Here's how we handle refunds and returns for our various offerings:
Clipper Sharpening
For clipper sharpening, you have 7 days to report concerns. We'll try to re-service the blade, and if it's unrepairable, you won't be charged. If it still doesn't work after a second attempt, you'll receive a refund if you've already paid.
Equipment Service
No refunds for preventative maintenance or repairs. For Repair and Part Replacements, you have 30 days to report any issues. If a part has a manufacturer warranty and is deemed defective, we'll replace it. PC cleanouts have no refunds; if any negative impact on your computer is determined, we'll diagnose and repair it within 24 hours of completion.
Groomer Tools
All tools have a 30-day return window, starting with an exchange option and then a refund.
Shampoos, Perfumes, Skin Care, Etc
No refunds or returns.
Groomer Clothing (Smocks, Scrubs, etc.)
No refunds, but a 7-day window for exchanges if you receive the wrong size or damaged items.
Handmade Accessories (Bows & Bowties)
No refunds, With an average lifespan of 2 weeks, these items are sold as-is without a guarantee.
Printed Items
No refunds on printed items.
Pre-Designed Items: These items are pre-designed and generic. If you receive the wrong item, we'll correct it.
Custom Designs: For custom printed designs, you'll receive a digital proof to check for errors. These items can have up to a 10% color variance and won't be refunded or replaced for color differences, spelling errors, or missed details in your proof. Approval of your proof is required before we proceed. If supplying your own files, they must be in CMYK format and print-ready.
